First Day Back.
Well I'm back and at it again and boy am I wiped! After a weekend of junk food and next to zero activity I am feeling weak. Today was Core Synergistics. SO in short that works out my core and every other muscle group connected to it. I had an extremely tough time with this one. I feel Exhausted and lightheaded and even a little bit woozy. And the worst part is It wasn't even a Crazy difficult workout. So I'm hoping that I have next to no interruptions for the next few weeks so I can rebuild some strength. And I bought some Whey powder today that doesn't taste awful!

Kempo X Aka Kickboxing
This was a Fun workout, Time went by fast and I was sweating up a storm. But I can't help but feel I am either A). In Amazing Fighter Shape, Or B). Did most of the workout wrong. Because although I was sweating a lot and working I don't feel exhausted or really tired at all. Which is strange, because i felt even more tired during the 40 minutes I did yoga. But oh well I did it, and I feel great!

Legs and Back
Today was Day 5, And that means it was time for Legs and Back. This was 100x more successful than Yoga X yesterday, But it wasn't easy by no means. After the first 10 minutes my body was hating me legs were shaking, sweat was pouring off my face, and I was hurting. But I did it. I ended up doing roughly 85 Pull ups and Chin ups throughout the workout, which I'm pretty proud of and a lot of squats and lunges that hurt like no other. Tomorrow I'm excited for, Its Kempo X witch I am assuming is like kick boxing. So I think the hour should just fly by.

Yoga X
Yoga is Gay, And "Upward Dog" makes my toes cramp. I made it 40 Min of the scheduled Hour and a half. Today Sucked! I am going for a run now. I guess I will have to try it in 12 more days...

Three days in...
Well today was a Huge success! Shoulders and Arms Were what I was working out today. Lets just say that was a strong point for me I (for the most part) was able to keep up with the instructor and all his shredded helpers. Mind you of course I was using 10- 15 pounds of weight less than them but regardless I DID IT! Although I accomplished this workout out I did struggle with a lot of it and it all came down to mind over matter. I am still sore from the Plyometrics routine but I do enjoy the way they schedule the workouts. So this one My sore plypmetric body didn't even effect my fresh Shoulders and arms body. SO today was good. Tomorrow is Yoga... I guess there's a first for everything right?

Plyometrics (what ever than means!)
Today was day 2 OF HELL! The workout was called Plyometrics, As if someone like me understands what the heck that means. But regardless of a name in which I do not understand this workout beat the crap out of me. Essentially it was Jump training (maybe that what Plymometrics means?) So I was in the living room jumping and squatting like there's no tomorrow. I did it! however I did have to take a few extra breaks and I wasn't able to do the same amount of squats as the people on the video. But all in all I'm happy that I survived day 2. But unfortunately happiness doesn't make my pain go away!

Day #1 - 89 More to come.
So I have just finished my first hour of p90x my first workout which targets my shoulders and back. Let's just say I am not a happy boy. But I'm feeling a lot better than I suspected myself to be feeling. Now Day 1 is done 89 more to go. Then do it all over again... WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!
I have also decide to take photos of my results, at Day1, 30, 60 and finally at Day 90!
I have also decide to take photos of my results, at Day1, 30, 60 and finally at Day 90!
SO Im here.
The only reason i created this was to track my progress on p90x and have a "online" community of accountability partners. I have yet to acquire all the equipment I need to start the workouts, but I am hoping within the next few days I will be able to begin my Journey.
